DL Informatique is managed by a Board of Directors of five people, of which, two of them are from Malaysia, while the others are from Australia, United Kingdom and France, respectively. The Operational Center in Malaysia is based in Seri Kembangan, Kuala Lumpur. The Research and Development Center is based in Cyberjaya (in the Multimedia Super Corridor).

DL Informatique was awarded the MSC Status on the 17th December 2003. Our activity brief is: Development of Risk Management and Knowledge Management (KM) Systems using Artificial Intelligence Technology for the Financial and Utility Services. Applications include Intelligent Loan Processing Systems, Fraud Detection Systems, Strategic Asset Management Systems, Demand Forecasting Systems, Cost Management Systems, Asset Register, Preventive and Predictive Asset Management Systems. The company also participates in R&D activities with local Universities in the area of KM.
