BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The
Job:
|
|
-
Establish marketing objectives and strategies in line
with the company's vision and mission.
-
Plan and implement all marketing activities including
corporate communication programs, advertising and
promotions, marketing events such as product launch
and campaign.
-
Conduct market research, analysis, evaluation in
order to provide vital information in order to satisfy
and anticipate market needs.
-
To lead a dynamic sales team and in-charge of the
overall sales performance of the business.
-
Identify and establish potential partners -
customers, merchants, etc.

Skills
Required:
|
| |
-
MBA in Business or Marketing or equivalent education or
experience.
-
Strong experience in large account management /
mapping, preferable from IT Principal company like
IBM, HP, Oracle, SUN, Cisco, Veritas and Lotus.
-
Experience in large account penetration with proven
sales track record.
-
Those with experience managing government accounts
will be added advantage.
-
Strong business management skills plus excellent
written, verbal, and presentation skills.
-
Proficient in English and desirable to be proficient
in at least in one of
the following languages: Malay, Mandarin,
Japanese, Tagalog,
Thai, Vietnamese or Indonesian.
