Job:
|

-
Preparing Letters and Documents on the Computer. -
Data Entry and Data Validation. -
General Office
Duties. -
Preparing Project Related Documents, and
Report.
-
Preparing Quotation, Invoices, Purchase Orders.
-
Preparing Schematic Diagrams using Visio or
Smart-Draw.
-
Use of Spreadsheet.
-
Reports to Office Manager.

Skills
Required:
|
| |
-
Bachelor's degree or SPM with equivalent education or
experience.
-
Training on Open Office and MS Office will be
provided. -
Must have good knowledge of using desktop
computers running Windows XP Operating Systems and
internet, especially search engines. -
Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and
a third language, preferably Mandarin, Japanese, Thai,
Tagalog, Indonesian, or French. -
Own transport. -
Part-Time or Full-Time candidates will be
considered.
