Course Methodology:

The Certified Knowledge Manager™ (CKM) program focuses on knowledge and innovation economics from the point of view of a manager or executive.

The program is designed to equip a knowledge professional to assume the role of a senior manager, such as a Chief Knowledge Officer or Chief Innovation Officer, or to communicate with management regarding the strategic value of knowledge and to develop business plans and financial reports justifying the investment. The training focuses on the strategic planning, financial planning, and analysis side of knowledge-based professions.

Also focuses on designing successful knowledge processing environments. How to analyze, model, design, measure, and transform an environment to help an organization meet its goals faster and more effectively from a knowledge and innovation management perspective.
